These are so thin they barely take up any room in my lunch bag. Keep everything cold from morning until my afternoon break. Set of four means I always have one ready.

These are very slim, which is great for packing but they do thaw faster than my old thick blocks. Expect about 4-5 hours of solid cooling. Fine if you eat lunch at a normal time, less good for long shifts.

I work ten-hour shifts and these are thawed by hour four or five. If you only need a few hours of cooling they're probably fine, but they didn't work for my schedule.
