1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coolerandcrumb.shop (the "Site") and any purchases you make through it. The Site is operated by Marlowe Avenue Retail Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Oregon that operates independently owned specialty e-commerce storefronts, trading as Cooler & Crumb, 1428 Marlowe Avenue, Suite 305, Portland, OR 97214, United States.

Cooler & Crumb is an independent third-party retailer specializing in insulated bags and lunch packs from Fit & Fresh, Mier, BUILT, and PackIt. Marlowe Avenue Retail Group LLC owns and operates the storefront, including merchandising, order handling, customer service, and policy administration. It is an independent retailer and is not owned by, affiliated with, or an authorized corporate site of any of the brands it stocks. coolerandcrumb.shop is not an official site of Fit & Fresh, Mier, BUILT, or PackIt.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting support. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping purposes only. You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability;
• Scrape, copy, or reuse catalog content, imagery, or pricing data for commercial purposes without written permission;
• Place orders using fraudulent payment details or false identities;
• Resell products purchased for commercial redistribution without a separate agreement with us;
• Present this storefront as an official domain or site of Fit & Fresh, Mier, BUILT, or PackIt, or of any other brand.

We may suspend access to the Site or refuse service to any customer who violates these Terms.

4. Product Information and Catalog

The Site offers a curated, multi-brand selection of insulated bags and lunch totes, so shoppers can compare designs, capacities, and features across brands in one place. Each product listing is written from the manufacturer's spec sheet and verified against the physical sample in hand — dimensions, liner material, capacity, and care instructions are checked item-by-item before a listing goes live, and listings are re-audited each season.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your display, and minor manufacturing variations between units are normal. We reserve the right to correct errors in listings, imagery, or descriptions, and to adjust or discontinue listings at any time.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Coupons

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices vary by size, insulation technology, and materials within each brand's line, and temporarily by promotion timing: closeout and end-of-season items may be discounted further while new-season arrivals launch at full base price. Two similar-looking bags can differ in liner certification, fabric denier, or ice-retention performance, which is often the real driver of a price gap.

Because we buy authorized wholesale volume without retail rents or intermediary markups, the same brand-authentic bags reach shoppers below typical department-store pricing. Promotions, including coupon discounts, are funded from the store's own margin and planned into the seasonal pricing calendar — a promoted price reflects a deliberate margin reduction by the retailer, never a change to the product, its sourcing channel, or its authenticity. A lower price reflects sourcing and overhead efficiency, not a compromise in product identity.

Current coupon: Apply CRUMB15 at checkout for 15% off eligible items. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules; only one discount structure applies per order, and coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or the order fails fraud screening — in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

7. Payment

We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your payment method is charged when your order is confirmed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $45.00. Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders under that threshold. Orders are picked and packed by a small trained in-house team, and every order is visually inspected for cosmetic damage and confirmed against the ordered variant before packing. Tracking information is sent to the email provided at purchase.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend keeping the original packaging for the first 30 days in case a return is needed. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be deducted where the return is not due to our error.

10. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

Every bag sold is a genuine, brand-new product from the named manufacturer, sourced through brand-authorized wholesale distributors with documented purchase records per season. No gray-market, liquidation-lot, or unverified marketplace inventory is accepted. Inbound stock is inspected by sample from each received carton for zipper function, seam integrity, liner odor, and label authenticity before release, and quarterly stock rotation audits remove aged or compromised packaging from sellable inventory.

If any item is ever shown not to be authentic, the customer receives a full refund of the item and shipping, and keeps the item at no cost.

How to Submit an Authenticity or Quality Claim

Contact our quality team with the following:

• Your order number and the email used at purchase;
• At least two clear photos: one of the product tags or branding, one of the area of concern;
• A short description of what differs from the listing or expectation;
• Claims submitted within 30 days of delivery for return-based remedies.

Review Process and Remedy

• The quality team acknowledges the claim within one business day and assigns a case reference;
• Records from the season's authorized purchase lot are compared against your photos;
• If the claim is confirmed, the remedy — full refund with shipping, or replacement where stock allows — is issued within five business days of confirmation;
• The supplier relationship is re-audited and the lot is quarantined pending review;
• Where you suspect an inauthentic item, a prepaid return label is provided if you want to send the item back.

No authenticity or quality claim is closed without a written explanation to the customer. If you are unsatisfied with the first outcome, the case is escalated to Marlowe Avenue Retail Group LLC's service lead for a final review within three additional business days.

11. Warranty

Warranty coverage follows the product information and support guidance provided with each item. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are administered by the brand; we are happy to help you contact the manufacturer or direct you to the right support channel.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, imagery, and compilations are the property of Marlowe Avenue Retail Group LLC or its licensors. Brand names including Fit & Fresh, Mier, BUILT, and PackIt are trademarks of their respective owners; their appearance on this Site identifies products we independently stock and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Order confirmations, tracking notifications, and checkout help pages remain available around the clock.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marlowe Avenue Retail Group LLC's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active orders will be communicated before fulfillment.
