We've tried a bunch of ice packs that were too chunky for a standard lunchbox, but these slim ones slide flat against the side without stealing food space. My son's yogurt and cheese stick stay cold through morning classes until his 12:30 lunch. The controller shape is a big hit with him — packing lunch has gone from a battle to something he reminds me about.

Good slim design and the shape is adorable. They keep things cold for about 5-6 hours, which covers a normal school day but not much beyond. For the price I'd buy again, maybe freeze two and rotate.

One of the two packs was fine, the other had a small seam split and leaked gel in the freezer on day one. Contacted the seller and they sent a replacement quickly, and the replacement has been fine, but quality control seems inconsistent.

I use these in my daughter's soccer bag for her water bottle and post-game snack. Slim enough to tuck beside everything without bulging the bag. Frozen solid after two hours in our freezer.
